Techto structures has established itself in execution of “Heavy Structural fabrication” with a diversified range of fabricated Structural products which are used in Boilers ,Sheet Metal fabrication , Structural Steel Fabrication, Stainless Steel Fabrication & Pre Engineering Building Fabrication (PEB).

Techto Structures facilities to fabricate structural steel components with one of the best facilities available in India. We can fabricate any type of steel supporting structure required for Industrial Projects Bridges & Boilers. Our CNC machines are capable to carry out all main operations involved in structural steel fabrication in one single phase with optimization in material handling and production with accuracy.

Techto Structures’ manufacturing plant is located in Haridwar (Uttarakhand) and is operational since April 2019. This Unit is spread over 2000 Square meter with a covered area of 1800 Square meter. The shed area is equipped with EOTs of 10 Ton. This plant is having an initial monthly capacity of 400 MT which will be subsequently upgraded to 1000 MT.

The manufacturing line consists of:

• CNC Plate Cutting Machine – Oxy Fuel & Plasma with Profile Cutting.
• H Beam Tacking Unit having range 200mm to 1200 mm
• Submerge Arc Welding (SAW) Machines
• Hydraulic operated Straightening Station (1 no.),
• Drilling Fixture for Match Drilling of Columns (1 set.), and
• Manual Shot Blasting Facility
• Radial Drill Machines
• SMAW & GMAW welding Machines
• Electrical overhead Travel Crane with a capacity of 10 ton.
• Airless Spray-Painting Machine
• Ultra-sonic Testing Machine for Welding Quality Check.
